- Bi-weekly delivery is the standard — water shows up at your door every two weeks on the same day. Weekly and monthly options are available too.

- You don't need to be home. Just leave your empty bottles in the agreed-upon spot (front porch, side door, garage — wherever works for you), and we'll swap them for full ones.
- Text reminders — We send a reminder before your delivery day so you can adjust your order, add extra bottles, or let us know if you want to skip a delivery.

How the Exchange Works
- Before your delivery day, set your empty jugs outside in your designated spot.
- On delivery day, your driver picks up the empties and leaves fresh, full bottles in their place.
