How does the bottle exchange program work?

On your scheduled delivery day, leave empty bottles in your usual drop spot. Our driver swaps empties for full bottles. You’re only charged for the water plus refundable deposits on new bottles.

No. Leave empties at your designated spot (porch, lobby, loading dock) and we’ll handle the swap. We send reminders before delivery so you’re ready.

What are bottle deposits?

A refundable $10 deposit applies to each 18L or 11L bottle on your first delivery. Deposits are credited when bottles return in reusable condition. See the Bottle Deposit Policy for details.

How do I cancel my service?

Cancel anytime by contacting us. If you have outstanding bottle deposits, contact us to schedule a final pickup so we can process your credits.

What types of water do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Reverse Osmosis for a clean, neutral taste; Spring Water with natural minerals; and Distilled Water for appliances or specialty uses. Available in 18L and 11L formats.

I’m outside your listed delivery area. Can I still get water?

Accepted Answer

We primarily serve Haldimand County (N1A, N0A) and the Niagara Region (L2A–L3K), but we consider expansion requests. If you’re outside these zones, submit a quote and we’ll explore a custom delivery plan.
