Our Policy

A refundable deposit of $10.00 is charged for each 18L and 11L bottle. This deposit is fully refundable under the following conditions:
- Bottles are returned to Kool Springs in good, reusable condition.
- Bottles are free from damage, cracks, and contamination.
- The customer record associated with the deposits is in good standing.
You can return your empty bottles on your scheduled delivery day to receive a credit on your next order, or you can arrange a final pickup by contacting customer service when you end service.
